Guarantee

The Marposs S.p.A. guarantee covers defects in the materials and manufacturing defects.

• GUARANTEE PERIOD: the guarantee covers all the repairs to Products made within the terms

foreseen in the sale contract.

• SUBJECT OF THE GUARANTEE: the guarantee applies to the Products or their parts marked with

the serial numbers or other identification systems used by the Company.

• Work on this equipment must be undertaken by authorised Personnel only. Unauthorised work will

void your guarantee.

The above guarantee applies unless other agreements were made between the Distributor and the

Customer.

Instructions for requesting assistance

In case of faults or problems that require the intervention of Marposs Personnel, apply to your local service

centre.

Instructions for ordering spare parts

To order spare parts, apply to your local MARPOSS Distributor. Please specify the 10-digit code for the part

required: the code can be found in the “SPARE PARTS LIST” on page 53. The list contains the code

number and a description of the item.
